Together, they are known as “The Dynamic Duo.”
Thomas P. Klein grew up knowing he wanted to live a life of alternative nature, a life that is unlike any other. Growing up, his father Tommy was always running some sort of landscaping company. The kind of mom & pop landscaping company that is almost more like a hobby than a business. Thomas never wanted to have anything to do with landscaping. He planned on strapping on a backpack and taking overnight trains to and from European cities. However, after being stuck around the landscaping companies home office one summer, he was elected to answer the business phone, schedule estimates, and coordinate with clients. After hearing complaints about other landscapers and contractors from clients and prospects calling Natural Scapes trying to receive estimates, he began to envision how he could make his small family business into the top landscaping company in Western North Carolina.
Thomas graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Business Management. Excited to use his knowledge to help run the family’s business, Thomas started working with his father to grow and expand Natural Scapes Landscaping. The experience has allowed him to promote ethical business practices and contribute to the local small-business community.
